[問題] 用ebay GSP還被要求報關手續費是否正常
小弟在ebay 買了汽車安全座椅，運送方式是GSP
但這兩天收到順豐要求報關服務費，理由是
"因此貨件進口台灣受經濟部標檢局管制，
需要以正式報關單向海關申報
(收取NT500報關服務費)"
由於GSP的條文是說結帳時已包含所有該付的金額
所以想請問順豐向我要求的這筆收費是否合理?
如不合理該怎麼處理?

both shipping and import charges.
This includes everything from processing and handling fees
to international shipping.
You'll see the final charges when you confirm your delivery details
before you pay at checkout.
