[問題] Amazon被盜刷，停掉信用卡後被要求換卡付

(已解決) 版友好，第一次被盜刷，是在Amazon.com 現在遇到一個狀況想請益(也怕是我英文太差看錯意思) 我Amazon帳戶裡是有綁信用卡的，在收到$150鎂的gift card訂單後，就馬上向銀行申請停卡補發。接著也用線上聊天跟Amazon客服說明是盜刷，但隔天只收到一封信叫我打電話去account部門，因為本人英文聽跟說都不行就放棄了… 想說等銀行處理。然而過幾天後，就在剛剛收到Amazon的信如下，大意好像是要我換張信用卡去付那$150? 這樣我不就等於還是要付這$150了嗎? 看起來台新也沒幫我付出那$150… 我以為列爭議款是銀行吸收，結果原來銀行連付都不付嗎? (剛也確認台新卡得利裡已經有沖銷並註明調查中的款項) 不太清楚現在該如何處理，不知道版友有什麼經驗或建議嗎，謝謝 (我的Amazon帳號還有一堆餘額啊orz) 信件如下 ============================================================================ Hello, The following charge on your Amazon account has been disputed and the bank has demanded payment from us: Your Order: XXX Transaction Date: XXX Amount in Dispute: 149.69 USD Item in Order: Amazon eGift Card - Birthday Cupcakes We cannot process any orders until we receive payment for this order.
