[問題] 日亞帳號被鎖
請教各位，因為我5/16-5/21前往東京
5/11和5/13在日亞訂了一些商品，並選擇在飯店附近便利商店取貨
今晚收到以下email通知

如果沒有傳真用email回覆是否也可以解鎖？
已經信用卡付款的訂單如果沒回傳資料會退款嗎？
