[問題] 請問A&F回我這封信代表啥意思呢?

我原本用代收公司的地址訂購~ 如預期的被砍單了~ 但我寄了封信去詢問~ 結果A&F回了我這封 Hey XXX, Thanks for contacting A&F about your order #20028486367. Your order was canceled because it is against our policy to ship to third party freight companies and the address where you shipped is a third party freight company. If you are still interested in receiving your merchandise, reorder at Abercrombie.com and use the address associated with your billing information.
