[問題] ASOS客服回的信可以請各位大大幫忙我看嗎

這是第二次購買ASOS的商品這次寄來發現其中一雙大小腳 (這雙英鎊18 搭上折扣碼*0.8 實際購入算是14.4) 其實收到時兩隻腳鞋舌標的SIZE(UK9)是一樣的不過右腳的鞋舌SIZE那很明顯是被另一個類似貼紙(上面寫UK9)黏貼上去的我撕下來一看右腳原來是UK10 兩隻腳拿來比長度確實差了一點點因為小弟我英文實在很不行當下回信給客服只說了你們寄了大小腳給我並沒有說了你們偷改標籤的行為客服也回我信了只是我看了還是沒有很懂可以麻煩各位大大幫我看一下嗎?
