[問題] a&f kids 網購到瑕疵欲退貨
衣服有很明顯的瑕疵，附上照片去信問客服，有瑕疵的衣服退貨是否拿的回運費$10
客服回了罐頭信件如下(刪掉一些客套話)

只有在退貨時購買新商品才不會在運費吃虧嗎?
