[問題] 請問想在AMAZON買(下載)MP3
因為收到AMAZON寄的MP3 5元折價券，
所以想買他們的

不過我安裝完DOWNLOADER要下載時出現一個框框說

這是要怎麼避免呢?
我地址跟帳單地址都已經填美國的了(OHIO代買的住址)
難道是要改電腦裡控制台的地區嗎? 語言要不要改?
