[問題]美國EBAY的運費事項
在下第一次接觸美國ebay~所以有些東西不太熟
(也不太敢魯莾就下標了)..在爬了文大概有一些基本概念後~
看到個蠻想買的球衣..賣家是有註明shipping to worldwide
但在shipping instruction上標示了下列一段話：

Use PayPal and add $7.99 for Shipping and Handling.
Will accept money orders.Add $1.30 domestic insurance.
International shipping add $12.00 for shipping and handling.
Will ship within 5 days of receipt of payment
---
所以我在Q&A詢問買家..international shipping是否為
USD 12.00+1.30
買家給的回覆是：
Airmail parcel post will be used.
And $1.30 will cover international insurance also.

想請問這是指它會用airmail parcel post寄件~
那"And $1.30 will cover international insurance also"又是什麼意思呢?
是指usd12.00中就包含了insurance了嗎
新手上路請多指教~^^~
