前面的流程基本上都算順利，比較離奇的是最近的N-400面試：
疫情關係，只有我本人前往面試。考官說今天他只能幫我面試N-400的部分，I-751的部分
他沒有權限，而且我太太也不在場所以不行。我問她說假設今天我太太有跟我來的話呢？
他說也還是不行，他只能先面試N-400的部分並註記是否通過，要等我接下來排到I-751通
過後再一起過。
(好奇怪，跟大部分板友同時N400和I751面試不一樣)
進入N-400面試，通過基本的6題口試和讀寫後，最後一連串回答No的問題，帶到了
selective service，他問我有沒有註冊，我回沒有，他說我申請入籍時未滿31歲，應該
要註冊，不然就是要Selective service system的證明，我回說這是18到26之前申請綠卡
才要申請的(本人1990年初出生)，而我當時都是非移民身分入境，提出I485轉換身分時已
經27歲了，根本不符合註冊資格，他卻堅持說我申請時沒看清楚，在31歲之前的話都需要
註冊selective service，我解釋了老半天他還是堅持如此。最後他給了一張通知，叫我
一個月內再補寄資料回函，內容如下：
Please send your response by mail:
Submit evidence of Selective Service System registration, including the date
registered and your Selective Service number. If you did not register with
the Selective Service System and you:
●Are male;
●Are age 26 to 31 years of age (26-29 years of age if you are filing under
INA section 319(a));
●Were born on or after January 1, 1960; and
●Were residing in the United States between the ages 18 and 26 when you
failed to register and were a permanent resident; a non-immigrant in expired
status; a person present without admission; an asylee; a refugee; or a
parolee; then
Submit a written statement explaining why you failed to register and inculde
a "Status Information Letter" from the Selective Service System. Or, if you
believe you are not required to show Selective Service System registration,
plesase submit an explanation and evidence to support your statement.
我看了一下我根本不符合這個notice所給的條件啊，第二項的括弧部分我不符合，遞交時
已經30歲了，超過26-29的範圍；第四項的狀態也都不符合。
所以接下來該怎麼辦？寄信解釋我根本不需要註冊Selective service？需要附上哪些資
料佐證嗎？還需要去SSS的網站申請Status Information Letter嗎？
順便抱怨一下，我的綠卡09/2019到期，之前申請I751時又延長18個月到03/2021，之前才
到期可是又沒收到新的延長信，所以面試完順便想請考官蓋I-551 stamp，結果他也說他
沒辦法蓋，只能去樓下的Infopass蓋章。結果Infopass的櫃台說要有電話預約才給進，搞
了老半天還得再另外找時間去預約蓋I-551章，真麻煩...
查了一下好像沒有人碰過這麼奇怪的問題，煩請各位解惑，謝謝
