Case: EB2 PERM Location: San Francisco, CA 2018/09 PERM initial discussion with HR and lawyers 2019 05/xx Prevailing wage received from DOL 11/20 PERM filed (Priority Date) 2020 04/21 PERM approved 07/10 I-140, I-485 sent to USCIS (有附上 I693 physical report，但還是被RFE了) 07/14 I-485 received (LIN開頭) 07/15 I-140 received (LIN開頭) 07/23 I-140 approved 08/03 Receive letters from USCIS scheduling biometrics 08/14 Biometrics appointment 08/31 I765 card was produced (both), I131 name was changed (spouse) 09/01 I765 case was approved, I131 case was approved 09/08 I765 card was mailed to you 09/09 I485 case transferred to another office 09/09 I765 card was picked up by the USPS 09/11 EAD card delivered 09/11 I485 card was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction 12/18 I485 receive RFE in mail (online status not showed) (W2, tax return, employment letter, I693) 2021 01/15 RFE response sent to USCIS (online status NEVER updated to RFE is received) 02/11 I485 New Card is Being Produced 02/12 I485 Case Was Approved 02/17 Card Was Mailed to Me 02/18 Card Was Picked Up By The USPS (shipped from Corbin, KY) 02/23 Card Was Delivered To Me By The USPS 心得: DOL 和 USCIS 的處理時間都正常，很幸運不用面試。但是公司和律師明地暗地拖延，與辦H1B時的態度大相逕庭，非常不爽關於出生證明：我寄了以下的掃瞄版本 1. 出生醫院開的英文出生證明 2. 戶政事務所的partial英文戶籍謄本 3. 中文出生證明的英文翻譯版 (自己翻的) + 地方法院公證 (證明中英版本相符) + 外交部認證感謝partner，感謝家人一路支持東奔西跑。感謝板上前輩分享，尤其是熱心的c大, M大, 和 m大。感謝石虎小隊，接下來也會繼續為對台灣人有利的法案打電話。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 64.158.222.246 (美國) ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Immigration/M.1615440596.A.4BF.html
