[問題]I-485的學歷認證
小弟新手也爬過文
但還是有點不確定,所以想po文問一下各位前輩確定一下
I-485中的學歷認證,我看到ECE有,但他需要寄資料過去包含
original document&issued in sealed envelopes
1. What does ECE mean by "original document?"
An original document is one that has an original institutional seal and/or
signature, and is usually issued with the letterhead of the institution. An
original document is not a photocopy, fax, or scan of the document.
2. What does ECE mean by "documents issued in sealed envelopes?"
These are original documents which include an institutional seal and
signature, and are in an envelope sealed by the issuing body. A seal, stamp,
or signature of an official must overlap the flap closure and envelope. The
sealed envelope can be submitted to us either by the applicant or directly by
the issuing body.
請問一下這樣我是要請家人去學校申請一份畢業證書
並放在信封裡面封起來,請學校教育處人員彌封簽名
是這樣的意思嗎?謝謝
