[心得] EB2-NIW綠卡申請經驗與Timeline
從這個板上獲益良多，也來分享一下自己申請EB-2 NIW的經驗給大家。
因為Postdoc老闆不同意在opt extension到期前幫忙辦H1B，決定先自己試試看直接辦綠卡
在網上請幾位律師幫忙做Evaluation後，決定選擇了一個大家都很推薦的律師。
從寄出I-140到I-485 Approved 總共耗時302天 (9 months, 27 days)
等待I-485總共154天 (5 months, 1 day)
經歷過太太的combo卡名字打錯，Call USCIS for service request 要求更新Dependent
Combo Card; I-485 pending時使用Combo Card換工作到業界，收到太太 I-485 RFE,
要求證明婚姻的真實性。接下來耶誕節用Combo卡回了台灣一趟，入境的時候被叫去小房間
等了一個多小時。
回到美國後準備文件來證明婚姻真實性。一月初RFE response寄出，結果被USPS弄丟又找
回來，重新改用Fedex再寄一次RFE response。包裹於01/28平安抵達NSC。
2/6 收到email notice，
終於通過了！在這裏跟大家分享一下我的背景跟timeline
