Fertilization後Zygote會開使分裂
經過許多次Cleavage,先形成數十個細胞的Morula
之後逐漸形成Blastocole~即形成Blastula
之後cell加速分裂進入Early gastrula stage
此時因為Animal pole分裂比Vegetal pole快
所以向內陷入而一方面開始包圍Vegetal pole
此時形成一凹痕~blastopore
而Dorsal lip在blastopore上方
至於Archenteron則開始形成
進入Late gasturla時
Archenteron已經明顯變大
因為Animal pole的cell繼續快速分裂擠壓
原本的Blastocoel就漸漸消失
而原本在外Animal pole的cell形成Ectoderm
擠壓到內的Animal pole cell則形成Mesoderm
原本在內的Vegetal pole cell形成Endoderm
其中Ecoderm分成Epithelial layer和Nervous layer
而尚未被Ectoderm包入的Vegetal pole cell露出的部份
形成Yolk pulg~並且在和Dorsal lip相對的下方形成Ventral lip
之後就進入Early Neurula stage
Earil Neurula stage時
在Nervous layer上出現Neural groove和Neural fold,Neural plate
並漸漸兩側靠攏形成管狀
Somite,Notochord也漸漸出現
到了Late Neurula stage時
Spinal cord,Neural tube完全形成
之後就進入 Orogan forming stage....
考試寫這樣~應該可以吧~不會太多太少.....??
關於Vegetal pole和Animal pole的敘述好像怪怪的耶~
可是不知道該怎麼改阿~嗚~~
