Israel coalition talks begin after election deadlock http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-21156621 Coalition talks have begun in Israel after near-complete general election results gave right-wing and centre-left blocs 60 seats each in parliament. 引言大意為以色列在國會大選結果出現左右均勢，各自平分60席的結果後組閣會談隨即開始 (標題的deadlock本意為死結，所以此引為膠著) 根據BBC整理自以色列媒體與選委會的資料本次選舉已開出約99.5~99.8%的選票 (完全不知道該看哪個數字 = =) 以下是獲得席次的政黨與席次整理右翼聯合黨-以色列家園黨聯盟 31 猶太家園黨 11 中間偏左未來黨 19 工黨 15 行動黨(Hatnua) 6 梅瑞茲黨(Meretz) 6 前進黨(Kadima) 2 極端猶太正統夏司黨(Shas) 11 聯合律法猶太主義黨 7 (United Torah Judaism) 阿拉伯裔 United Arab List-Taal 5 Hadash 4 Balad 3 Total 120 因為工黨在選前就不考慮與執政聯盟組閣因此意外讓總席次排名第二的未來黨，就成為現在執政聯盟的拉攏對象現任總理納坦雅胡(Benjamin Netanyahu)並開出五個施政原則 1.安全 (主要針對伊朗核武) 2.財政責任 3.政治責任 4.社會平均分配義務 (簡而言之，宗教不構成緩服兵役的要件) 5.削減居住與生活成本 "The new government will be based on five principles: The first is security. However, its leader, popular former TV presenter Yair Lapid, has demanded reform of a law under which ultra-Orthodox Jewish seminary students can defer their military service. Religious parties in the current governing coalition are strongly opposed to any changes. Mr Lapid has also said he would only join a government that was committed to reviving the peace process with the Palestinians, which has stalled since Mr Netanyahu took office. The leader of the largest party is usually asked by the president to form a government once the election commission submits the official results, which is expected to happen next Wednesday.
