The session was conducted recently at Highbury for the London Coaches Association and was done as a tribute to George Best's great dribbling skills. Do same with L foot and continuously switch from R to L. 盤控球:右腳內側控球兩下,然後右腳外側控球一下,然後衝刺。接下來左腳也這樣做, 左右腳交替。 Keep ball up R foot / L foot, R knee / L knee (100 repetitions). 挑球:右腳'左腳'右膝'左膝(一百回) Dribble and work ball, two touches outside of R foot, one touch inside of R foot and accelerate away. Do same with L foot and continuously switch from R to L. 盤控球:右腳外側控兩下,然後右腳內側控一下,然後衝刺跑開,左腳也這樣做,左右交 替。 Keep ball up - R to L foot on to chest, back down to R foot (100 repetitions). 挑球:右腳'左腳'胸控,再回到右腳(一百回) Dribble and work ball, introduce turns and accelerate away. When dribbling the ball, players are weaving through each other. 盤控球:要求球員盤球試著加入轉彎與加速。帶球時,球員們彼此相互迂迴。 You get the general idea. Neil had the players doing similar tasks with rebounds off a wall and made reference to street soccer and our general tendency for overcoaching. (Neil Banfield也會應用同樣的訓練,在要求球員面對牆 練習控球,並參考了街頭足球與overcoaching….這我不知道怎麼翻譯) Part 2 - Technical (15 mins) 第二部份:技術(十五分鐘) (見圖二) Organisation(組織): 6 players in yellow forming the outside edge of a circle - 6 players in white inside the circle with a ball each. (六個黃衣球員站在圈外,六個白衣球員每人一顆球在圈內) White passes to a yellow, receives ball back and then moves through centre, avoiding other players, looking to pass to another outer yellow player. (白方傳給黃方再傳回白方,然後跑過圓中心點,別撞到其他穿白衣的,再找其他黃衣球 員傳球) Progression(進階,請見圖三): Split group into 3 sets of four with different bibs. Reduce number of balls to 2 or 3 depending on ability. Outer four forming edge of circle or square, inner four marked by four passive defenders. Progress to active defenders. Ensure you change groups around every 5 mins. (把人分成三組,每組穿一個顏色的圍兜,每組四人,把球數減少到兩個或三個,視該組 球員能力。一組站在圈外或是方塊外,另外兩組在圈內,一為防守方,一為傳控球方,與 圈外的人對傳球。記得每五分鐘換組。) Key Factors(訓練要求與要領): Weight / Accuracy/ Timing of pass.(重心/準確度/傳球時間拿捏) Pass to the "strong side".(把球傳到善用腳那側) Controlling into space / first touch.(把球控制到有空檔/要求控球的第一下) Disguise.(假動作) Use all foot surfaces ("the player who uses the inside of the same foot loses 75% of his game").(儘量用到雙腳各部份控球,通常只用一隻腳內側控球的75%都會輸 掉這練習比賽) Keep the ball moving.(儘量讓球移動,不要停死) Acceleration & power.(加速與力量) Awareness & communication.(意識與溝通) Let the ball "talk" (ie: ball played in front of team mate indicates you want them to run forward). (讓球自己講話,例如當把球傳到隊友前面時,意思就是要他自 己往前跑) Part 3 - SSG (Dribbling / Running with the Ball) (20 mins) (第三部分:盤球與 跑步帶球,二十分鐘) Organization(組織): 請見圖四 Approx 45 x 30m coned area split into thirds with cones going across width of pitch. One Ball - 4 bibs - NO Goals. (用圓錐圍起45m x 30m的區域,再分隔成三塊區域, 只用一顆球,四種顏色的圍兜,不擺球門) 4 attackers in first third, 4 defenders (with bibs) in middle third, 4 attackers in final third.(四個攻擊者在前三分之一場,四個防守者在中間三分之一 ,另外四個站在最後三分之一) Objective(目標): Attackers pass to each other in first third. When opportunity arises, dribble or run with the ball through middle third into last third. Once in last third, repeat exercise going the other way.(攻擊者現在己方三分之一場互相傳球 ,等到機會一來,意識到空檔的持球球員,用盤球或跑動帶球方式,穿過中間三分之一場 球員的防守,等到球一旦帶到對面的三分之一場處,再反向進攻) Restrictions(限制): Cannot hit long ball and miss middle third. As play starts, any 2 defenders (only 2) can enter first third to defend. Same applies at other end. All defenders can use middle third if necessary. If defender wins ball, pass to coach who restarts play. Attackers free to roam anywhere once play has started.(不能打高球或是故意跳過中間三分之一場,比賽開始時,只有兩個防守者可以 進入攻方的三分之一場防守,如果守方搶到球,球交給教練重開。攻方球員可以在場地內 隨意奔跑) Possible Progressions(可能變化): Increase or reduce number of defenders.(增加或減少守方球員) Limit number of attackers in final third.(限制在最後三分之一場的攻方球員數) Add goals. (擺球門) Key Factors / Points(要求與要領): Same as Part 2 plus:-(同第二部分,還有:) Concentration.(注意力) Effecting play without the ball (support / filling in, in front & behind).(有 效的無球跑動,如補前面或後面的空位) Receiving on the half turn.(f接球時並變向) Can I run with the ball? - if not start again, work ball around third until opening comes.(我可以帶著球跑嗎?如果不行,重新來,把球在三分之一區域內傳接, 等到空檔的機會出現) When it does, "Break the Lines" (Arsene Wenger saying) with a run into next third. Believe in your own ability.(當空檔機會來時,"一次衝過兩條線"(溫格 常這樣說),永遠相信你自己的能力) Can I effect play with the ball?(我這樣打球有效嗎) Timing / shape of runs.(時機/跑動路線) Angles / distance of supporting players.(角度/無球隊友支持持球者友所站的角度 與距離) Rotation of positions.(位置的互換) Creating numerical advantage.
