[問題] 關於抽血檢查
請問抽血檢查，可以檢查出遺傳疾病嗎?
原理是什麼？是利用血中白血球來進行染色體檢查嗎？
嗯嗯，還有一個case
一位媽媽發現她小孩已經2歲了卻還不太會走路
於是去看了醫生，醫生說以後會慢慢好轉
可是後來到了5、6歲上幼稚園的時候
老師發現跑步的時候常常跟不上其他同學，也常常跌倒
從蹲姿要站起來的時候也要用手扶著膝蓋才站的起來，爬樓梯也很吃力
後來這位小孩又去看了醫生
醫生發現站起來很吃力(跟上面差不多)
還有 no enlargement of his calves, but the thigh muscles appear relatively
wasted. There are no sighs of scoliosis. He also notices that the patient 's
tongue twitches like a bag of worms and there are absent reflexes in the
lower limbs. The facial expression is normal.
接下來醫生給他做了EMG和抽血檢查，檢查結果還來沒出來
請問這是什麼疾病阿？
