Josh Smith will have hernia surgery on Tuesday and be sidelined for up to one
month.
"I've played through it for the past two months," Smith said. "I was pushing
through it, trying to the best I could to help my team. But I've got to shut
it down now." Smith said he hopes to return sooner than expected. But,
"obviously, I've never had this injury or surgery before, so I don't know
what to expect. My plan is to come back in, like, two or three weeks at the
worst. But that's just me trying to be optimistic."
