I hope more favorable conditions can be created to make it happen, " Ma said, stressing that APEC was designed for economic leaders to meet without using their official titles. 馬：『我不認為這種說法有根據...我希望能創造更多友善的條件讓這件事(兩岸領導人APEC會面)成真』。 (馬強調)『APEC原本就是設計為在避免使用任何官方頭銜的情況下讓各經貿區領導人互相見面』。 "The idea is to accommodate the participation by countries like us.
