[討論] 台灣如何干爆中國
1. 油一茶匙
2. 鹽少許
3. 乾香菇切絲
4. 薑切片
5. 胡蘿蔔切片
首先大火熱鍋 將水滴烘乾以後轉小火
放入薑片烘烤至成現金黃色 邊緣微焦
加入油爆香後 把薑片推到旁邊 下香菇絲爆香
再把香菇推到旁邊 把胡蘿蔔片放入繼續爆香
等胡蘿蔔變軟後 放入中國快炒 蓋上鍋蓋悶2分鐘即可
