[心情] 住宿很難維持現有的體重...
這是給大一學弟妹們...怎樣子在進入大學時...不要讓體重暴增...
1.請三餐定時~不要因為沒有家人在旁鞭策...一天只吃一餐..
或是好像餓很久..逮到機會就狂吃猛吃
2.少碰珍奶+雞排!!!!以前剛進大學~一直覺得這樣子的食物搭配
是大學生宵夜必備~是啦!如果你繼續狂吃猛吃這些東西...會很糟糕XD
3.早睡早起自然瘦~睡覺時 身體主要是能脂肪當能量來源的
所以多睡多瘦嚕
4.喝酒團千萬別跟
5.沒事多多運動吧
我就曾經遇到某幾個..嗯~學妹吧~(小聲
她們大一剛進來都很瘦..42~48...學期過了 也沒發現自己變胖
某次就量了體重給我看 有人當場哭哭..有人崩潰QQ
另外一提~健身房的怪人已經離開玄奘...請大家放心使用健身中心:P
