[問題] 請幫幫我 帳號的問題....(已解決)

文章很長...但到現在 還是沒有解決...讓各位大大眼睛酸痛很抱歉.. 是這樣的 小弟也是也是在遊戲剛出的時候就已經購入 到了最近比較忙很不常上線的時候 卻發現了一封這樣的信(12/11) 由AernaNet發出: "Someone -hopefully you!- has requested to change the email address associated with your Guild Wars account. Need help or have questions about your Guild Wars account? Visit our support site: http://support.guildwars2.com/. Thanks! -The ArenaNet Team" 那時也沒有去注意什麼(忘了有沒有點了) 也就沒繼續理會這郵件 後來因為就又更忙 一直到了14號晚上 想說終於有點空想完 結果就出現了 帳號 或密碼錯誤的問題 我那時還很單純的以為是要強迫我去換密碼.... 結果一到了官方登入時 密碼錯誤 Orz.. 問了朋友 才發現我似乎有登入過 到了巴哈看被盜帳號的問題 我也按照著他的步驟也寫了信給官方 (就是點他的網站連結 有了什麼帳號被盜的選項然後寫入我之前的資訊等等) 後來也很快的回信給我(我填入後 就隨即收到了) 12/14 由Guild Wars 2 Support 發出 內容就是 什麼有 有人不久會審閘我的supportticket 要我耐心等待 並會在短期內回覆 後來我也回信給這個寄信的郵件 想說試著回覆看看 結果居然也很快的回我.... Your username is: aaron11071107@hotmail.com Your registered email address is: aaron11071107@hotmail.com (那是我的電子郵件) 後來又給了我一個連結 讓我可以修改密碼 我改好之後 以為可以登入遊戲了 後來還是不行... ===================================================================== 結果就當我填完那個官方的 hacked account 後 又回覆了我可以到這個地方填入 https://account.guildwars2.com/recovery 結果不管我填入哪個 都顯示不對的訊息出來... 我又再回信了一封給他們 (都是對著 support者) 後來 他們終於又回了一封信 Hello Su, We will definitely help you retrieve your Account information. Regards, The Guild Wars 2 Support Team http://support.guildwars2.com 我以為是他們連同帳號和密碼都給我了 超開心的 我也迅速的點了進去也用好 結果他跟我說 回到原本的郵件裡面去有個link去點他後才會讓整個帳號生效... 我再回到我hotmail的地方看 沒有 但我也沒有163.com的郵件阿 Orz.... 後來我回信之後跟她說 我在hotmail裡面沒有看到 而且我也沒有163.com的信箱 是不是可以在確認一下 卻一直都沒有回覆我了.. 一直到15號才又回覆我說 Hello, The issue you're reporting will require a bit of additional investigation.
