[理工] 二元進位計算消失
求以下兩題解,
想好久了TAT
1.Two numbers, A and B, are stored in one byte floating point notation using
the least significant (rightmost) 3 bits for the exponent. Both parts of each
number are in 2's complement.
If the A and B are 00010001 and 00011000, then A+B in the same notation as
the operands is (Give all 8 bits): __________
2.The value 5 is stored in a signed (2's complement) integer. The bits are
shifted 4 places to the right. What is the resultant value?
