[解] true,若程式中浮點指令很少，測出的MFLOPS為 0 ，則無法以MFLOPS來評估執行效
能。
我的題目理解是:
一個問題能用MFLOPS來測量效能，表示該問題是沒有浮點指令的。
我認為應該是false
但為何解答這樣寫?
