1.為什麼Common emitter 為什麼它電流增益大於一?
請證明它的充分 和 必需條件?
我只知道 B = a / 1-a 這個而已 其它都不太會解釋.
2.Calculate the thickness of si that will 90% of the incident photon
energy,assuming the incident wavelength is 1.0um and the corresponding
absorption coefficient a=100 /cm
這題我不知道要套哪個公式.
