(C) Leading strand DNA is synthesized first
(D) Helicase relaxes the tension of DNA
(E) Gyrase breaks the hydrogen bonds of base pairs

(B)錯，是lagging strand 才對
(D)錯，helicase要改為gyrase才對
(E)錯，gyrase要改為helicase才對
想請問(A)和(C)誰有錯？？
如果leading strand不是第一個被合成出來的，那誰是第一個？
會是primer第一個被合成出來嗎？
以及領先股和落後股誰會先被合成出來？？
另外，
想請教大家，在合成leading strand需要primer嗎？
