Alternative a : to decrease the CPI of FPSQR to 2
Alternative b : to decrease the average CPI of all FP operations to 2

我想問的是
FPSQR到底算不算在FP operations裡面!?
例如 a
是cpi = 0.8*1.5 + 0.2*5 + 0.2*0.05*2
還是是cpi = 0.8*1.5 + 0.2*5 + 0.05*2
如果是第二條的話 那前面是不是該改成 0.75*1.5 !?
