我以前算的的estimatedRTT都會給個起始值 然後多久之後傳出去
但是這題很奧妙起始值都沒給 難道是8ms?
然後再來 請問一下這個DevRTT 是直接用高中的變異數算法嗎??
我唯一確定D是錯的 公式是EstimatedRTT+4DevRTT
