小弟我有幾題不是很確定要如何寫 請各位板上的高手幫我解惑
1.
A eukaryotic gene contains three introns. What would you do to let this gene
being transcribed and translated in E. coli cells? Your answers need to
include the design of expression vector containing all the necessary DNA
elements for proper transcription and subsequently translation in E. coli.
2.You want to introduce a bacterial gene into plants by Agrobacterium-mediated
gene transfer. What kind of vector would you use and what kind of DNA
elements should you include to allow proper transcription and subsequently
translation in eukaryotes?

A eukaryotic gene is cloned into a eukaryotic expression vector and
transfected into eukaryotic cells. All the necessary DNA elements are in
proper positions. However, instead of turning on the transgene, cells turn
off not only the transgene, but the normal cellular copy of the same gene
(endogenous gene) as well. List all the possible explanations that cause gene
silencing.
