Assume you are a compiler developer. please show the monitor library
procedures
for application programmers with semaphores provided by os, your library must
include the fllowing AIPs:
1.enter-monitor(void)
2.leave_monitor_normally(void)
3.leave-monitor_with_signal(c)
4.wait_in_monitor(c),where mutex=1 and c condition variable are semaphores.
