A transition section at one end contains a fillet with a 2.5mm radius.The
steel has a tensile strength of 690 MPa,and the fatique limit is 310 MPa
.Kt for the fillet is about 2 and the dynamic factor of safety is 2.5
What is the minimum allowable diameter of the shaft?
