[問卦] 名菜獅子頭該怎麼做?
獅子頭,名菜,特點好像在於嫩,但又不能嫩到像豆腐。肉要細,但又要有嚼勁。味要鮮,肉要成團。
這麼多的要件,要怎麼做才好?
