餓死龜頭
每種肉都有最適合烹調的方式
像魚肉生吃或清蒸都嚐得到鮮味很好吃
至於雞的話,太乾就會很難吃,最適合的烹調方式應該會是用烤或用炸的
豬肉就適合全熟,不然可能會生病
牛的話不用說,放在冰箱熟成再用烤箱以40度烤十幾個小時,最後用熱火快煎上色,搭配
炸蒜片跟海鹽
