小弟最近健身
我不是要練大肌肌
只是想讓自己變壯點
可是再想健身完後如果只吃個雞腿便當
有飯有肉有菜
碳水化合物蛋白質都很夠才對啊
一定要像別人吃高蛋白嗎
只吃便當是不是也能訓練啊
之前看報導說健身完20克的蛋白質就夠了
光一隻雞腿就50以上了...
