就是阿~~ 最近有在練健身 每天早中晚空幹1次 每次100下 也才做3個月而已
就讓肥宅我體脂肪25%大降到20% 肌肉量增加2% 連腹肌都有一點跑出來了
外觀體態從肥宅變瘦宅 屁股變得緊實翹翹
最重要的是 我老婆說我gg變比以前硬 內射出來的衝擊力道
也讓她很有感 讓她爽死了 愛死我了
有沒有空幹對男人來說 其實是一個很棒的健身運動的八卦??
