就是阿~~ 最近有在練健身 每天深蹲20下 只做個3組 也才3個月而已
就讓我減掉體脂5% 增加肌肉2% 肥宅變瘦宅 屁股又變得翹翹的 好爽喔~~
下半身已經練到滿意 最近腦筋動到想要練上半身 想要練一下上半身 練一點點的胸肌
