發現西式的不外乎香草、迷迭香、百里香、奧勒岡、和黑胡椒來調味
中式會用蒜頭、五香粉、白胡椒、醬油、糖、米酒、紹興酒等等去醃
韓式必用辣醬、泰式淋檸汁檬或酸桔汁
日式照燒算是老少皆宜很難踩雷的口味
俄式基輔雞先炸後烤、外皮酥脆,口感讚讚
不過到底哪一種才是地表最強的烤雞腿呢?
結果最常吃的還是鹹酥雞......
