蒸魚看似簡單但卻很花功夫,完全能突顯
出魚的鮮味。
但外國好像不會以蒸魚方式處理,是外國
人不會蒸還是覺得不好吃呢?大家覺得清
蒸是最能展現魚的烹調手法嗎('・ω・')
