大叔我178 72 但肚子很大
最近連續慢跑了3個月 前15天跑3000
之後開始可以連續跑1小時 1km要花6分鐘
因為之前很久沒有運動了 只有體重降1kg
但肚子還是一樣很大
三餐正常吃 坐下時是一整坨 站立不縮小腹
也是很大 但平躺時肚子是凹下去的
公園慢跑阿伯叫我要去游泳才有辦法消肚子
我跟他說可能過30了 新陳代謝變慢
阿伯就說他肚子本來也很大
一定要靠游泳才能消啦
慢跑你以後在跑就好了啦
游泳是消肚子最快的運動嗎?
