如題…
小弟我覺得我本身EQ很低
常常因為某些事情就暴怒,我朋友說習慣了之後EQ就會上升
可是我每次習慣了之後,又會有新的暴怒點…而且怒氣值越來越高
以前暴怒都只會自己默默的承受,現在卻會跟那些讓我暴怒的人事物起衝突
我算是邊緣人,朋友很少,但是通常跟朋友抱怨,他們幾乎都很少安慰我,因為他們不懂
我生氣的點
所以我想要問問大家有沒有鍛鍊EQ的方法啊?或者我已經沒救了QQ
