如題 最近在減肥 可是又想喝飲料
所以就喝ZERO可樂 零熱量的
每天都喝會怎樣嗎???

我是感覺不會 還是一樣吃差不多份量欸
不過對想減肥又想喝飲料的人來說零卡可樂也算是個辦法吧?
很多人每天也會買杯飲料吧 少說也有300大卡以上
如果改成喝ZERO的話就會少攝取一點熱量了
當然你不運動不少吃一點東西的話少那一點點熱量根本減不了肥
奇怪的是目前也沒有明確證據真的說ZERO有害
但大家都會講盡量別喝 但是又會天天去買手搖杯來喝
比起手搖杯我想ZERO還比較好一點吧?

能有替代方案跟不能抵抗差很多吧
像食物就真的要少吃跟選低熱量的沒辦法了
但是好吃的食物也有低熱量的
但飲料有ZERO這種的選擇能選就OK阿 就跟喝手搖杯會改微糖衣樣
一些女生身材不胖為何還想減阿 不是需不需要而是想不想要吧
我也不胖阿 172 64 但有一些目標所以要減阿
