BBC BREAKING NEWS There are reports of an active shooter near a golf course in San Bernardino, C alifornia, with possibly 20 victims. An ABC affiliate tweeted that there are 12 fatalities, but police have not confirmed that number.At least three suspected shooters vanished from the building after the gunfire, the source said. Police on the scene were assembling a battering ram to gain access to the building, and investigators may believe one suspect was still inside,No arrests have been made yet.
