其實我不覺得韓國「背信忘義」耶，人家只是依國際法行事，將一九四九年
的革命認定為政府繼承，而新政府繼承舊政府的一切權利義務，將屬於中國
的東西還給中國政府而已；當初中美關係正常化（我們叫中美斷交）也有類
似情形，要不是美國國會隨即訂立台灣關係法，所有台灣政權持有的財產（
股票、現金、不動產、以及一部份的法律關係）一樣會被中國拿走。
