[問題] 臺灣 EMS 包裏寄送至德國？
想請教德國版友們，友人月初從臺灣寄了包裏給德國友人。
內容物有兩盒口罩、約三袋義美餅乾、兩包王子麵小包裝與卡片，
當時在郵局寫 invoice 時，她曾跟工作人員連續兩次確認是否需附口罩英文收據，
對方當時明確說不用隨附；而時程部份，郵局表示應該會在七至十四天內送到。而爬
臉書台德同學會的文章時，查看七月份關於台灣寄物品到德國的文章，事主大多七天
內收到。
我們查詢 DHL 寄送進度，目前還躺在法蘭克福航郵總局(IPZ Frankfurt)，
這樣的進度算正常嗎？想請問有經驗的版友們，若兩週後 DHL 仍未給予回應，
我們是該打國際電話與 DHL 客服聯繫？還是等友人收到德國的郵局通知呢？
煩請版友們協助跟建議，感激不盡。

從八月七日至今，海關完全沒更新動態至今。
友人先試著寫 email 詢問德國 DHL 進度，會再觀察這一週是否有收到回信；
