我都要哭了，已經睽違七年沒發片的垃圾終於要回來了
之前女主唱雪莉曼森本來要發片，不過最後被冷凍（詳情可參考垃圾板）
這是他們自1995年出道以來第五張錄音室專輯
而解散之後的白線條，主唱傑克懷特
之前有以The Dead Weather樂團名義出過專輯、
也有以個人名義推出過單曲
這是首次以個人名義推出錄音室大碟
英國的發行日期在0423，由XL Recordings發行

Jack White To Release First Solo Album, 'Blunderbuss,' in April

This Thursday (Feb. 2) marks the one-year anniversary of the White Stripes'
official demise, and while Jack White has stayed busy since then by working
with Stephen Colbert and Insane Clown Posse (among others), the frontman has
not issued a new full-length album with any of his many projects since then.
On Monday, however, White announced the April 24 release of "Blunderbuss,"
his debut solo album, which will be released on Third Man Records/Columbia.
"Love Interruption," the first single from the album, is currently streaming
at White's official website and will be serviced to digital retailers tonight
at midnight EST. A vinyl version of the single will be released on Feb. 7.
Recorded and produced by White in his Third Man Studio in Nashville,
"Blunderbuss" is the first album released solely under the
singer-songwriter's name after releasing six albums with the White Stripes,
two albums with the Raconteurs and another pair of full-lengths with the Dead
Weather. "I've put off making records under my own name for a long time but
these songs feel like they could only be presented under my name," says White
in a press release. "These songs were written from scratch, had nothing to do
with anyone or anything else but my own expression, my own colors on my own
canvas."
Last September, White performed alongside the Raconteurs at the MI Fest,
marking the group's first live show in two years. "Leck Mich Im Arsch," a
collaborative single with Insane Clown Posse that reinterpreted a Mozart
composition, was also released last September, and is best left forgotten.

Garbage Reveals Album Release Date, European Tour

Veteran alt-rockers Garbage have revealed the release date for "Not Your Kind
Of People," their first album in seven years. "People," Garbage's fifth
studio album, will hit stores on May 15 through the band's own label,
STUNVOLUME.
The band, best known for hits like "I Think I'm Paranoid" and "Only Happy
When It Rains," released "Bleed Like Me" in 2005 and subsequently went on an
indefinite hiatus. Speaking with Billboard earlier this month, drummer Butch
Vig expressed confidence in releasing "People" on the band's own label and
the new album's direction after the long break.
"We got some offers from some majors, but at this point I feel it's better
for us to control exactly what we want to do and not have to deal with any
other corporate decisions," revealed Vig. ""We have an identity when the four
of us make music together, and I think these days it's good to have a strong
identity."
The group will also embark on a European Tour, starting on May 9th in London
and wrapping up in Werchter, Belgium on June 28th. Full tour dates are listed
below, with more dates expected to follow.
