[心得] 解決送分 Not Reported 問題

因為之前從沒遇過這種問題，爬文 網路上也沒有看過案例
所以想說分享一下，如果之後有人遇到可以參考
考試完當天我有填寫免費送分一所
考後過了很久發現學校那邊status一直沒有更新我的成績
就上GRE網站看，發現那筆狀態是 Not Reported
我就寫信給 GRE-Info@ets.org
信件來往了兩天
主要原因是這樣
Thank you for your message. Our records indicate that you identified
XXXX as your undergraduate or attending institution, but you did not
designate this institution as one of your four free score recipients
Therefore, your official scores from your GRE® test were not sent to
the graduate admissions office at this institution.
我說我填寫這個code沒錯啊，而且確實有選擇不然怎麼會"Not Reported"
而且GRE狀態上有我先前已經送過這間學校的資料，code等等status都一樣，不知問題點
後來他回我
Your scores were not sent because we do not send scores to the undergraduate
institutions.
我就冏了，我怎麼可能選到under，而且既然你們說不送under，那還給這種選項?
而且我學校已經過deadline，我是到最近才發現竟然沒送出... 很緊急阿= =
跟他argue要寄免費
但他最後一封回我就很官腔

As part of your GRE® test fee, you can request that GRE® scores be sent to
as many as four graduate institutions or fellowship sponsors. If you are
taking the computer-delivered GRE General Test, you will designate your score
recipients on test day. You can send Additional Score Reports at a later date
for a fee of US$27 per recipient.
原本我打算放棄了... 已經在官網準備付款 pending ...
但突然覺得再花將近9百塊就很不爽，就用skype打去問 +1(609)771-7670
(skype撥美國市話手機都便宜，一分鐘0.6-0.7快左右)
跟客服對資料就花了不少時間，接下來跟他講問題點，跟他要求要免費幫我處理
因為既然GRE是for Graduate不送Under為何還會出現這種什麼我選到Under這種情況發生
他說他去詢問一下狀況，等了五分鐘左右，他就說可以幫我免費寄送。
心得:
有事打客服講比較快，跟他在那邊通mail頗浪費時間，而且有時候很難argue到你想講的
事情...
