[作文] Issue 的 Claim/Reason 類型題的發展？
最近把 Revised 的新 Issue Pool 掃過，看到一個問題，
和幾題我個人覺得不好發揮的題目，提出來和大家討論一下...
我的問題是有種 Claim-Reason 的題型，我到底是要針對它的 Claim 去發展，
還是要針對它的 Reason 去攻擊？例如：
Claim: Major policy decisions should always be left to politicians and other
government experts.
Reason: Politicians and other government experts are more informed and thus
have better judgment and perspective than do members of the general
public.
我是應該要針對Claim的"政策應該留給政客或政治專家"去討論(然後帶出包括 Reason
在內的眾多原因)，還是要反對 Reason (政策應該留給政客的原因並不是因為它們知道
的比較多，而是他們有更多資源能執行...etc) 但支持 Claim (政策應該留給政客或政
治專家)？還是說其實沒差？能夠有我的立論點就好？
這類題型感覺比起直述的較綁手綁腳，不知道大家的看法如何？
