我遇到的題目幾乎都是機經的 大部分都可以秒選 數學也是
只要數學官方的題目作熟 數學大致上沒什麼問題
字彙的話我閱讀是先看選項 再回文章定位 第一篇短閱有好好看 但是做到20題後 為了壓
分 長閱我就看選項直接選答案了

和公寓目前没人住，这个计划需要的备用房已经有了。十年前，做为整个郊区搞活计划的
一部分，T城把高速边的一些低质量房用于工业。结果那么建了很多工厂，犯罪率也下降
了，整个城市的财税收入也上升了。 ‧前提，这边有地用于工业。没有证据证明这边有
足够的空间发展工业，或者说发展工业适合该地区。如果说该地区附近有很多疗养院，
sanitorium or park, 建工业就会影响该地区的环境。 ‧论据，论者引用十年前另一边
的经验，但首先时间相隔十年，经验是否能被借鉴值得怀疑，其次另一边可能有大量质量
不好的房屋，这些房屋迟早要被推倒用做别的用途，但是论者没有说这边的房屋是有是也
主要是质量不好的房屋。如果不是，这是种浪费，且会引起房主不满。第三，犯罪率的下
降和财税的上升与工业发展之间的因果关系不被保证。有可能该地区在这十年间制定了严
格的法律，加派了更多的警察，并且还在发且比如商业、旅游业等项目。其实新建的工厂
一般来说税交的都不多。 ‧结论：就算发展工业好，条件是否具备也难说。闲置的空房
不等于没人要，房主不一定会答应让别人来住。
