要得到 FHA 貸款超過 50,000的話
要有down payment，第一部份要有 25,000的 4%, 第二部分為超過25,000的 5%
再來還需要有 insurance premium，這部分為貸款額的 3%
現在有一個人有 6000，他最多可以獲得多少貸款？
設貸款為 x
6000 - [0.04*25000 + (x-25000)*0.05] = 0.03x
x = 78125
