[問題] ETS makes mistake in score recipient
Sorry...i only can type in English by this computer...
I had sent 3 times email to change one of my score recipient...
but ETS still make the same mistake...
just now i sent a email again to ask them to correct it...
if they still make mistake again,
is that means i lost one of my free score recipient?
or i can ask them to correct it by free??
Can anyone who had experience like me help me to solve the question?
Already not enough time still had to waste my time on this...
