Argument
120.The following appeared in a health newsletter.
"A ten-year nationwide study of the effectiveness of wearing a helmet while
bicycling indicates that ten years ago, approximately 35 percent of all
bicyclists reported wearing helmets, whereas today that number is nearly 80
percent. Another study, however, suggests that during the same ten-year
period, the number of accidents caused by bicycling has increased 200
percent. These results demonstrate that bicyclists feel safer because they
are wearing helmets and they take more risks as a result. Thus, to reduce the
number of serious injuries from bicycle accidents, the government should
concentrate more on educating people about bicycle safety and less on
encouraging or requiring bicyclists to wear helmets."

我覺得數學比較難，verbal還可以（雖然我也沒有拿高分，但覺得沒那麼難）
住宿
[考試前一晚] Madras Hotel(在Little India) 單人房 79SD/per night
評: 單人房約3坪大, 很像學生宿舍, 老舊的木桌木櫃木床, 一台小電視
很安靜也很乾淨, 但是真是貴啊
[考完後] Sleepy sam's b & b (在Bugis) 六人女生房 25SD/per night
評:很吵,一大坨白人背包客,相當擁擠, 如果要早睡早起精神好, 前一晚還要k書
強烈不建議
準備
從知道什麼是GRE開始到考試總共6週(inclusive...),因為我很慢才決定要申請米國
也只剩機考來得及。不過我只有兼差的工作，所以大約可以整天k書
單字以黑寶為主，把單字做成單字卡，隨時隨地背
背兩個星期後開始做考古題，考題裡不認識的單字全背
因為不認識的單字太多了（我的vocabulary一直很差），最後幾乎都在背考古題
的單字，黑寶上完整背完的只有D,E,H,M,N吧。
一度很擔心這樣走偏了，後來發現背的大都是很高頻的字，
像我一樣抱佛腳的人可以參考
因為時間太有限了，本來就比較有底子的writting和reading就幾乎沒有準備了
pp模擬第一次做verbal才300....差點去把機票退了
最後成機是v: 530 q:720
差強人意？！ 老實說....一點概念都沒有 >"<
